„Opportunity of a lifetime.“

Marcel,
Production planning

Sometimes you have to recognise what really matters, and quickly. Coming from a temporary employment agency, I found my way to ruck through the famous ‘unexpected turns of life”. I didn't let this opportunity pass me by, and now, after more than 15 years, I am still part of the team.

WIFE, SON, HOUSE, RACING BIKE, SKIS – “ALAAF AND HELAU”. IN THE SWABIAN DIALECT, THEY SAY: ‘FROM THE GROUND UP.’ THAT'S EXACTLY HOW IT WAS FOR ME AT RUCK.

I started my apprenticeship at ruck. First, I learned punching, then came programming for punching and swivel bending machines for production planning, and now I am in charge of production planning. Sure, it's a demanding job, but I find enough balance in my private life.

Challenging times reveal what makes us strong: our solidarity. I have no concerns about the future, because we are a diverse team and support each other. New ideas and solutions emerge when we work together, through discussions, joint reflection, and the exchange of different perspectives. When the going gets tough, we literally stand shoulder to shoulder.

Right now, it is becoming clear that it is not only companies in Germany that are facing major challenges, but all of us – worldwide.

MY MOTTO IS FORWARD – LET'S DO IT.
